We continually develop our employees to maximize their potential. This is done by executing a clearly defined, holistic employee development strategy that includes skills training, leadership training, life-coaching and mentoring.

All new employees undergo a company orientation. On-the-job assistance and training is delivered to employees while they perform tasks for our clients. We are currently developing an off-the-job training program that includes lectures, discussions, case studies and role playing.
